de Dallas, Inc.. Agradecemos infinitamente su participación y nos alegra el
entusiasmo que existe para esta actividad, la cual se ha convertido en parte
integral de nuestro pasadía familiar, llevado a cabo en las facilidades de el
lago Lewisville.

Pasadía Familiar of the Asociación Boricua de Dallas in Lewisville Lake, on Sunday, September 28, 2008. The tournament will start promptly at 11:30 AM, as we will have to allow time to complete the activity of participants before 3:00 PM (food serving time).
· We have minimum number of allotted participants slot for the tournament. This year we would like to have Women on one side of the bracket against Men on the other side of the bracket. (we have limited time, so first come first serve)
· Whoever is late will be disqualified and the other team will pass on to the next round.
· The closing date for E-mail registration is end-of-day, Thursday, September 25 (around 8:00 PM) or earlier if it is a sellout.
o In case of a sellout, the registrations received afterwards will be placed on the standby list, in case of a no-show at tournament time.
· In case of participant shortage, slots will be filled with walk-ups that wish last-minute participation at tournament deadline (11:30 AM on September 28)
· In case of participant shortage by deadline, the missing slots will become a BYE; they will be drawn and awarded to a team or teams as a no-show opponent. Of course, the team that draws the BYE will automatically win the match and advance to the next level.
· There will be awards (trophies) for 1st and 2nd place positions. For the rest of you who don't take 1st or 2nd place, we will personally “Thank You!” for making a donation to the “Jorge Rivera” Scholarship Fund.
· There will be a small entry fee of $6.00 per participant to cover expenses.
· Anyone that has a domino table, domino set and/or chairs to volunteer, please let me know through e-mail and we will account your commitment. We appreciate any help on this. (Please, mark your equipment with your name)
The registration for the tournament is open to all adult attendees of the
Pasadía Familiar.

The game winners will be the first team to reach 200 points.
Games will start with the double-six holder
Players must play with drawn set (no
virarse con cinco dobles o más)
In case of even score on a “tranque”
the team that started the game wins.
Talking will be loose since we want to have fun. However, use common sense in
your comments …….
The game winners will advance to the next level on the round-robin tournament
format.
